The Approach
Illustration first, tattoo second
Alice Ink Wonderland is the tattoo practice of illustrator Alice Hu, working from a private studio in Adelaide. Her pieces read like pages from a sketchbook — delicate linework, storybook creatures and reimagined tarot cards — translated into contemporary tattooing.
Most work is custom: bring an idea, a reference or just a feeling, and it’s drawn up as a one-off piece for your placement. Flash pieces surface from time to time on her Instagram.
